Quickest turn around ever! Two days after I called, my electric hot water heater was installed. Steve & Charles were on time and finished in less than 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job explaining everything to me ahead of time. I highly recommend Know It All Repairs for any plumbing issue or appliances.

Can say enough about the Know It All Repair Team. Earlier this year I emailed a big list of fixes from a new home inspection report. Michael took time to come out and walk the property explaining every detail and create a plan of action to get the best bang for my buck in repairs. We recently moved to Wilmington to help care for my father. There were many repairs that needed to be done and didn't really know who to call. Our neighbors referred us to "Know It All Repairs". Called in afternoon and they sent a guy out at 8 am the following morning. He was all of the things I checked above. He made navigating my the unfinished attic look easy, checked all of the plumbing, tested the system, and explored possible source of water stain on the ceiling of the master bath. Ultimately, it was not a plumbing issue. He identified and photographically documented a leak around a roof vent so that we could easily obtain warranty repair work. I highly recommend!
